Hello Claire,
Greetings from Dayton, Ohio! We use Tripleseat at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, where we have multiple venues in operation 7 days a week for group events, dinners, dances, graduations, meetings, ceremonies, tours, etc. I don't run the system, but each day I get a summary of events from Tripleseat detailing what's going on around our campus. If you'd like, I can put you in touch with our staff who are familiar with how Tripleseat works for us -- it has some rules and complexities I'm told, but once you know how to use it, it seems pretty effective.
Cheers,
Doug

Subject: Is anyone using Triple Seat for scheduling?
Hello Museum Friends!
We are an open-air living history museum currently using Blackbaud Altru for all our booking needs - membership, donations, ticketing, field trips, and private event rentals.
Our private event rentals team is exploring the use of a new platform,
https://tripleseat.com/, to streamline their wedding/private event rental process. Is anyone else using this platform? Is anyone using it for non-private event purposes (such as field trips or public program ticketing)? If so, our events team would love to reach out to you and find out how you like it in comparison to a traditional system such as Altru or Raiser's Edge and what its real-world capabilities and limitations are.
Let me know and I'll put you in touch with our team - thanks in advance!
Claire
