UW museology student here-currently conducting research on internship planning, coordination, supervision, and evaluation in museums, particularly small museums with limited resources and staff. I'd love to know how other professionals plan and implement internships in their own institutions. What resources have been useful for you? How do you determine internship program success? How do you evaluate interns and improve upon programs? How have you developed supervisory and intern management skills?
