I'm researching some effective ways to run/reignite our internal development program, called the Immersion Program. Internal candidates are selected to be "immersed" into the different departments within the museum.
Do any of you have a similar program at you Museums thats you're willing to share? Who is eligible? How long are the rotations, etc.
