    Hi all,

    I am in the process of restructuring our intern programs and better defining what skills and experience we want our interns to leave with, specifically for our education internships. Does anyone have a framework that they love? Or a professional development I can recommend for my staff who will be managing our interns?

    I would also love a recommendation for professional development for lower/mid level managers!
