Our garden is considering utilizing a HubSpot enterprise system for its consolidation of CRM, emails, and data reporting.

Have any of you and your teams used HubSpot? If so, what has been your experience?

    Hi Jenny,

HubSpot is a great option for nonprofits like yours. We have set up many orgs on the platform. I am happy to chat through pros and cons.

Aside from the CRM/emails/reporting piece, I would be curious to learn more about how you'd like to use it and where other tools in your tech stack would fit in. HubSpot is a great centralized database for the pieces you are looking for, but there are options to do even more with it depending on what your team is looking for consolidation wise.

We have a very deep FAQ page about HubSpot for nonprofits, so you can check that out here! https://nonprofittechshop.com/hubspot-for-nonprofits-faq

Happy to discuss if you'd like, no pressure!

    Hi Jenny,

As a small for-profit, we may not be an apples to apples comparison, but we have found HubSpot to be extremely useful. We used the CRM alone for a few years to streamline email communications with our thousands of contacts. We later added Marketing for our email blasts and found having them together on the same system was a noticeable improvement. The blast design was intuitive and therefore easier to use than our previous platform. And having the detailed response data and our contact communications on HubSpot together allowed us to more easily reach out to active blast recipients.

    Hi Jenny,

We use HubSpot internally and have also implemented it for a number of clients, including custom integrations, automation workflows, and AI-driven features.

One thing we've seen consistently is that when AI is layered on top of a CRM like HubSpot, it transforms from a system of record into a much more powerful operational and decision-making tool. For example, client communications (calls, emails, inquiries) can be structured, analyzed, and turned into actionable insights that improve both marketing and day-to-day operations.

Happy to share a few practical examples if helpful, or compare notes based on what your garden is trying to achieve with HubSpot.

    Cheers
    Tanya
