Hello fellow museum-ers!
I'm conducting some research through the Missouri Historical Society on how museums use audience data to support decision-making, including planning exhibitions, programs, marketing, fundraising, and visitor research.
If you currently work (or have recently worked) at a museum, I'd really appreciate ~3-5 minutes of your time to complete this survey (it's anonymous). I'm hoping to hear from professionals across museums of all sizes and disciplines.
Your responses will help build a better understanding of the challenges museums face when trying to understand and serve their audiences. The idea is that once we get a decent sample size, I can share the results to these boards as well, and depending on what we find, I may try to present this information through a public conference presentation (that'd I'd be happy to share the slide deck) and also internally. Once we get some responses, I'll post the results dashboard here so everyone can see the results. There's no funding associated with this survey.
