Hi Everyone,
We could use help from the brain-trust. We have funds to house an upcoming lacquerware donation. Have you housed such objects? We have some ideas as to what we want the case to do, but we also don't want to over engineer the cabinet and make it 3X as expensive.
The case will live in a temperature and humidity conditioned environment (museum quality specifications). Does the lacquerware needs its own micro-climate on top of the already conditioned environment? Any special materials required inside the case? any and all tips and tricks are appreciated, no matter how obvious you think the suggestion might be, please feel free to chime in.
Thanks in advance,
Matt
