Hi All!

It looks like it's been a few years since this question was posted, and I'm wondering if we have more software experience now for discussion. I'm working with an organization seeking some grant management software solutions to pre- and post-award management logistics. What do you use - and what do you love?  

Bonus points if anyone is using GrantHub, Instumentl, or AmpliFund... which have been a part of the Advancement team's discussions.

As a grant writer and consultant for museums, I use Instrumentl, which not only has the most robust grant research function of three, but also internal tools to track and manage awards and funding relationships. They just launched some new tools this spring to make those functions more robust. However, I am not sure of Instrumentl's integrations with Quickbooks or CRMS/donor databases. I am happy with it, so are some of the non-profits and museums that I work with. Let me know if you have any more questions - would love to chat.

I’ve worked with a few grant management tools in the past, and it’s amazing how much the options have evolved. We ended up using GrantHub for a while, and it really simplified things, especially for tracking applications and managing post-award reporting. However, I’ve also had experience with more specialized GRC Platform tools, like CyberArrow GRC, which helped streamline compliance aspects while managing grants. It wasn’t designed specifically for grants, but the way it handled risk and compliance tied in nicely with our processes.
