Becoming a diverse and inclusive institution is a journey that has many entry points, and it is difficult to define when one has arrived. It sounds daunting or even discouraging. It is indeed a never-ending endeavor; therefore, it is crucial to be strategic in the way organizations tackle this goal. Our panelists will share their journey, while highlighting one of the many layers of the initiatives they have put into practice. This will be a candid presentation, where our colleagues share the wins and also the challenges of this journey. This program is designed to have an open conversation with the panelists and troubleshoot together and will be an opportunity to find like-minded colleagues who understand what you are going through and how to provoke change.
