Hi Rachel,
It's my first time too! Other than the "First Time Attendee Welcome" and the Keynote Speaker, I would recommend to tailor your experience based on what career or area of museology you're interested in. There are some really good sessions on financial sustainability, Confronting Colonialism, Creating Access and Inclusion Through Language, there seems to be a larger focus on oral histories with several sessions on including non-traditional knowledge systems, etc.
Have you gotten the app? I suggest logging in and looking at the session descriptions to see what interests you and go from there.
Hope that helps, I'll see you at the conference

Dear All
I am going to be in Baltimore for the conference and I am wondering if there is one session I should go to? Look forward to any suggestions.
Thanks,
Rachel
