Good morning,
The new NAGPRA regulations require museums that have custody of Federal agency holdings or collections that may contain Native American human remains or other cultural items to submit a statement describing that holding or collection to the Federal agency with possession or control no later than January 13, 2025. 43 CFR 10.8 (c). For those of you who have already submitted those statements, do you have any advice?
