The E2 Hour: 2023-2024
E2: Exhibits & Events (SAA) is delighted to announce a new program series for 2023-2024 designed to help us build community with each other around topics of common interest and concern. The vibe for these gatherings is low-key, informal, frank (unrecorded!), and collegial one where everyone is welcome and ideas and experiences circulate freely. Each E2 Hour session will begin with discussion on a specific theme or topic led by volunteers and will finish with an open-ended conversation among attendees.
The E2 Hour will occur 5-6 times a year and will typically happen every other month. If you are interested in participating in an E2 Hour, let us know!
The second E2 Hour event will be January 17th at 3 p.m. EST/ 2p.m. CST/ 1 p.m. MST/ 12 p.m. PST.
Michelle Chiles, Providence College, will introduce the topic for the month, tips and tricks for putting together pop-up events and mini exhibits, and Holly Robertson, University of Virginia, will monitor the chat and keep the Zoom magic flowing.
Wednesday, January 17-3 p.m. EST | 2 p.m. CST | 1 p.m. MST | noon PST | 10 a.m. HAST
Lead: Michelle Chiles
