I can't speak for the Northeast, but I know there is at least one major dollhouse in the collections of the Smithsonian National Museum of American History. There is a chance that they might be interested. Either the Division of Culture and the Arts or the Division of Home & Community Life.

There's a Museum of Miniature Houses in Carmel, Indiana. Also I THINK the Museum of International Folklore in Santa Fe NM includes dollhouses....?
