    Hello,
Does anyone have any recommendations for a museum diorama artist? We are looking into creating a large tabletop diorama of our historical building and its grounds and outlying structures as they were in the early 1800s. Any recommendations on talented diorama artists that create modern museum-quality work would be much appreciated.

    Thank you,
    Jim

Hello. It sounds like you're looking for something more in the way of a scale model rather than a diorama. One thing to consider: 3-D printers can be used to create such models depending on what level of realism/immersion you desire. I've worked on several projects that have included 3-D printed model buildings. I'd be happy to talk to you. I don't provide these services so I won't be sales pitchy.

    Hi James,
Although all the way across the country in Gainesville, Florida, I've used Raymond Rawls.  He made a splendid diorama of the City of Doral as it exists today and as it would have looked as a part of the Everglades.
He is working on another project for my company currently.
