    Thank you to everyone who gave feedback to us this past winter on what they would be interested in seeing at a museum education conference focused on the intersections of maker-centered learning, systems thinking, and social justice.

    We've now officially opened registration for Designing for Change in Museum Education: Explorations of Representation & Power, a virtual conference to take place Oct. 16, 17,  &19, 2023.

    Join museum colleagues from around the country for an opportunity to explore:
    • Practical applications of tools and framework in museum spaces and beyond;
    • Hands-on making experiences that apply justice-oriented practices that can be used in museums, classrooms, and other learning spaces;
    • Reflections on one's own identities as they relate to this justice-driven work.
    • And Much More!
    Conference sessions will offer ample tools, resources, and museum artifacts for engaging in critical conversations around justice, design, power, and representation. The conference is designed for museum professionals and educators working with all ages of learners and subject areas.

    Conference Registration Cost:
    3 Packages Available:
