We are looking for a new CRM and planning to schedule demos this spring. Does anyone use a CRM system they really like that they would recommend? Any to avoid? thank you.

I think it depends on what size of organization you are and what integrations are essential.

For smaller organizations, I recommend Little Green Light.  I have used a lot of other CRMs and databases, and the simplicity and functionality of LGL is outstanding.  Their cost is very affordable starting at less than $500 2,500 contacts, and only $200 more if you jump to the next threshold of 2500 to 5000.

I have used most of the modules in it. If you have some database experience, it is intuitive and quite robust.  There are a few items that are bit clunky, like the event module, but it works.

They have good integrations with Constant Contact and Mailchimp, Quickbooks, and more.

They do not have live support, but don't let that deter you. Their on-line support is fast, and I have never had an issue that they have not helped me resolve very quickly.

If you need a recommendation code or a discount, let me know.

I've been using FieldBoss for a while now, and I thought it might be worth mentioning. It's an all-in-one field service management software that really helps streamline CRM needs, especially if you're dealing with customer management and service requests.

I have researched and used a number of CRMs.

I have found Little Green Light to be the most robust, affordable, and user-friendly CRM, especially for a small to mid-sized non-profit organization.  https://www.littlegreenlight.com/why-lgl/

Little Green Light has a lot of practical functionality, and the on-line email support system works very well. They are very responsive and will even help directly with the issue.  It allows you to manage donations, pledges, reconcile with Quickbooks, integrate with emails programs with list segmentation, as well as manage events, grants, contact reports, and more.

Another plus for LGL is that they do not jump price precipitously after your constituent count reaches a certain threshold.  Pricing is less than $500 a year for 2500 contacts and only jumps to $600 per year for 5000 contacts, etc.

    Good luck.
