Corporate Membership Benchmarks
I am researching corporate membership programs and am having difficulty finding any benchmarks or trends to help with our planning. If anyone knows of recent studies that discuss retention rates or highlight any acquisition patterns, especially for new programs and free admission museums, I'd really appreciate it. Also, if you can share your experiences with acquiring new corporate members, and renewing their support each year, that would help, too. We are trying to set realistic goals and projections for this fledgling program. Thank you!
