I work for a state park system that has installed several visitor center exhibit galleries with full audio description and accessibility accommodations for visitors with vision impairments. These projects have been handled by different contractors, using different devices and writing styles in each location. As we continue to build new exhibits, we want to pursue technologies, physical exhibit elements and description styles that are preferred by the community we are hoping to help. We are putting together a focus group to gather feedback on how effective these accommodations are, and guide future improvements. Have any of you done this before? Do you have a list of questions to gather measurable and anecdotal feedback from participants?
