I am interested in putting together a proposal for the 2025 AAM Annual Meeting & MuseumExpo in LA and would like to identify 2-3 additional individuals to present with. The focus of the presentation I am hoping to pull together will help attendees understand how to build a community engagement strategy from scratch, how to evolve an underperforming strategy, and how to realize a successful community engagement program that connects with the communities we serve in strategic, meaningful, and impactful ways.
