    Is social media still worth the effort? If you've ever wondered whether all the time spent creating, posting, and chasing engagement is actually paying off, this conversation is for you. Join professionals from the Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History, the National Gallery of Art, and the Southern University at New Orleans Museum of Art for a candid look at what's working, what's changing, and what may no longer be worth your time. Panelists will explore how to uncover compelling stories in everyday museum work, use AI thoughtfully, choose the right platforms, measure success beyond likes, and create engaging content with limited time and resources. This isn't another social media "how-to" it's a chance to step back, rethink your approach, and get a fresh perspective on what social media can do for your museum.
