    Unconscious bias follows all of us around like a shadow. It's not exclusive to people we don't like or trust. It belongs to everyone. It comes to work with us every day. This week, Leadership Matters considers the impact of unconscious bias in the museum workplace and offers some thoughts for addressing it head on.
