The U.S. Marshals Museum will be opening on September 24, 2019. Building construction is scheduled to begin summer of 2017. This is an exciting time for us! As we head into construction, we have organizational planning to put into place. Our personnel policy is good for our current small staff. But it will need to be completely overhauled for a fully staffed and operating museum.
As a reference, we are forecasting for a staff of 35 people, a few of which will be seasonal. Our operating budget will be in excess of $2M annually for the first 3 years.
I am asking for similar-sized organizations to share their PTO/Vacation/Sick leave policies with me.
