Hi All!

We are a city/foundation owned/run Museum that covers a wide campus to include the Museum itself, a cruise terminal, a Battleship, a sailing center (includes adult members & a sailing academy for middle schoolers), and a schooner that will be used for educational programming and outreach in the near future.

The development department is responsible for funding that includes Museum education programs/ traveling exhibits, the battleship and its programming, the sailing center operations/ programs, and the schooner. 

Wondering if any similar organizations would be willing to share their basic development work-plan that juggles fundraising for multiples initiatives at once.
