Dear AAM colleagues,
Would you be willing to share examples of guidelines for roles, responsibilites and decision making process for the exhibitions you develop in-house with cross-departmental team (curators, educators, collections, communications and finance).
I would be especially interested to see the whole lifecycle of the exhibit development and the decision making process in regard of programming, events and educational activities once the exhibition opens.
