Does anyone have an evaluation form or policy and procedure that you can share on how to determine if a community event is worth doing?
For example, the local mall had a military appreciation day and asked if we can put up a display of our artifacts for the event.
How would other museums make the decision to participate in this event? Is there a form or a policy and procedure that needs to be followed to accept or decline the offer?
