We are opening a new History Museum and Cultural Center and while the contruction phase is going on we are working on the content of the teh museum and organizing the donated items. We feel like it is time to do a visionary committee about the museum, the membership is older and we are working on getting a younger membership, but during the meetings it is apparent that everyone has a different vision of the museum. I beleve that we should hire someone to come and help with the process of the vision of our museum because I feel like soon it is going to come to a head and the museum will suffer. How do we find someone ? how much will it cost ? Any help is needed can see that we might implode if this is not handled correctly and if I or someone in the society try to run the meeting there willbe hurt feelings.
