Looking for some good stories about increasing Membership. We have direct contact with almost every guest. We welcome them, introduce our site to guests and then mention benefits of having our memberships. Since we are a Lighthouse and museum we have a Keeper level, Keeper Plus, Keeper's Family, and Keeper's Family Plus. We also have solid relations with 5 other venues around the state with discounted or free entry. There is a brochure that can be used, but typically we use our site map to introduce our Museum to guests. Email, letter, post cards successes? I am interested in learning how other Museums find success!
