Hello,
I've recently written an article (link below) about this important subject which is increasingly becoming a larger part of the discussion in the museum field. (In my opinion, not a moment too soon.) The intent behind this piece is to start a conversation, so I'm very interested in getting additional participation from the museum community at all levels, from entry level emerging professionals to board members, curators and directors. I invite every museum worker (including current and former museum employees as well as "outside" professionals who serve the museum community) to read it, and I welcome all constructive input.
