The Museum at Prairiefire is gearing up for our annual gala and associated silent auction. We are looking for software that can collect credit card information and store it securely until we process the winning bids at the end of night. Our plan is to collect this information upon check-in to the gala. Last year we had to chase down winners to get their payment information after the event, and we would really like to avoid that this time. We would also like to avoid having to write down everyone's credit card information, as that will increase the amount of time it takes to check-in.
We don't need anything super fancy (no need for it to contain bid sheet printing, table arrangement, or donor tracking, etc.) we just need a way to collect credit card information to process later. Please let me know if the hive mind has any suggestions or recommendation.
