    I'm looking to gather some information on any institution that has used timed entry ticketing software for free admission museums.

    ACME is pretty reliable and integrates with Salesforce and Raisers Edge. We're using Altru (blackbaud's CRM) and setting up similar to an event. There's also SimpleTix which is a more straight forward ticketing software. It also integrates with Salesforce.

    Hi Marc.

    At Glenstone Museum we have been using Ticketure (https://www.ticketure.com/) which is a product by TixTrack (https://www.tixtrack.com/) for several years.  Originally created for The Broad we have been with Ticketure since their inception.  The platform is extremely easy to use and can be configured to meet your needs.  Our admission is free and we use timed ticketing through Ticketure to manage our admission/reservations.  Their support has always been very good and personable.  If you would like to talk more about our experience with Ticketure simply send me an email at stockton.toler@glenstone.org. -Stockton
