To get the result you want, you must get a license from the IP owner. You get there by "pitching " your project as free advertising for the company. You must persuade them of your bona fides and competence to launch the museum. If you are really good, you might even dream of getting some material support from the company. Think of the billions that Elon Musk has squeezed from government and investors by pitching his dream.
