    We use QuickBooks for our accounting.  Does anyone know of QuickBooks add on software for inventory control of collections and/or logistics?

    John,

    QB inventory software takes a bit training to use and it does have a few quirks but is robust for most retail inventory applications.  I am a QB pro-advisor so I have a few questions regarding the type of inventory tracking, invoicing, bill application and reconciliation you will need to do? Do you build sets? Do you a retail, wholesale and direct mail sales channels? Do you do annual, bi-annually or quarterly inventory counts/reconciliations? Are the POS's sales directly linked to QB? Or do you do a daily import?

    It's one thing to have a value for collections for insurance purposes. It's another to link them in a way equivalent of merchandise. Perhaps its best to simply keep collections in a genuine CMS?
