We are seeking consulting assistance in assessing our organization - in terms of processes and people - to help ensure that we have the right capabilities and capacity to sustain our continued growth while maintaining a high level of quality in everything we do.

    Thank you for your recommendations.

Randi Korn & Associates does work with museums around the idea of intentional practice, helping organizations through a process of clearly identifying their desired impacts and then aligning their work to achieve those impacts:

    Hi Faune,

AAM's Museum Assessment Program (MAP) would be perfect for this, but I'm not sure what is happening with that program. Does anyone know?

    Hello Faune,

Several folks have suggested the AAM's Museum Assessment Program (MAP) -here's a link to the web page that describes the program:     https://www.aam-us.org/programs/accreditation-excellence-programs/museum-assessment-program-map/

If you think it might fit well for your museum and you'd like to get an email when our next program is being offered, please email your contact information to map@aam-us.org and we'll be happy to add you to the list. If you have any additional questions about our assessment programs just give us a call and either Danyelle Rickard or I can chat with you about it further. The MAP phone # is 202-289-9118,

    AAM MAP Program Officer
