We use Milla Walls too. You'll need 3 people to set them up safely, but it can be done in a number of configurations. I agree that there's a bit of a learning curve but we've successfully used them in 4 different galleries over the last year. They can be resurfaced with laminate to cover up nail holes. Depending on what you're hanging, Command Strips can be used to adhere, but for even the smallest strips, the laminate is likely to bubble just a bit once removed. We use a straight pin to pierce the bubbles and just smooth them out with our hands-- it's a much easier solution to resurfacing and the pin prick isn't visible.

Subject: Portable wall Systems
Our museum is going to purchase a portable wall system.
Does your museum use one?
What are some important issues we need to consider?
How portable is it? We want to move the walls to the sides of the room, temporarily, during events, so this is important to us. (Some offer wheels on the bottom, which can be covered.)
Thanks for any insights you can offer.
