Hi All,
Wanted to share an upcoming program in a monthly series that my museum (Holocaust Museum LA) has started running during COVID, called "Inside the Acid Free Box". At any one time, only a small percentage of the museum's collection is on exhibit in the museum's gallery space, this series goes behind the scenes of the museum's archive to take a peek at some of the artifacts in the museums collection. This month we are highlighting the collection of Charles Millett, who escaped Nazi Europe as a baby with his family, and eventually made their way to Shanghai, the only port that was allowing refugees entry without any additional visas or paperwork.
I've included the link below to sign up for the talk, and also the discount code - MILLETT61 can be used at checkout so that the program is free for any museum colleagues that are interested in joining.
Thanks!
Christie
