My name is Jillian Green and I am a Visitor Services Engagement Representative. My main job responsibilities are to engage with our visitors, collect lead generation information and encourage our visitors to become members.
I am curious to know how other institutions engage with their visitors, collect information and encourage them to become members. One of our biggest benefits are tickets to our main exhibition. (We are a free institution but we require tickets for crowd control purposes.)
In our slower season tickets are not required, so our in-house memberships are much lower as is our attendance.
Any advice is much appreciated.
