    Good afternoon! My museum is looking at different options regarding a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and I was wondering if others had experience or preferences regarding their own museum's CMMS. Any advice is welcome! Thanks!

    ​Hi Colleen,

    We have been using Maintenance Connection for the last 3 years, so far it has worked well for us. The program not only lets you track work orders for the building but also inventory, PM's, purchase orders and a few other things as well. Here is a link for them:

    Thank you so much for the suggestion Joel. Glad to hear Maintenance Connection is working well for you. Did you guys research any other systems before making that decision. I'm wondering if our museum needs a fully robust system like Maintenance Connection or eMaint, or we can do with something lighter like Hippo. Hope Terracotta Warriors is going well for you guys!

    The MFA uses a program called Facility Dude facilitydude.com for tracking and posting work orders.
