Dear Colleagues,
Vizcaya is looking for guided experiences/tour business plan models/templates. We would like to be able to begin projecting participant #s so that we can forecast revenue. We would hope that with a business plan we can also assess year to year room for growth, and if growth is possible, specific metrics.
Has anyone ever used a business for these purposes and if so is there anything you could share?
