I am researching strategic planning initiatives undertaken by small to mid-level art and local history museums, including art centers. What were your pitfalls or successes and why? What drove you to create or update the plan? How did you synthesize the voices of the stakeholders? Additionally, I'm looking to see how AAM accreditation or lack there of affects the process.
