  • 1.  Venue Rental Contracts

    We are in the process of updating our venue rental contracts for the Museum.  This contract is primarily used for weddings, but also cocktail parties, dinners, etc. that rent our space(s) at the Museum.  We want to ensure our contract is comprehensive and addresses best practices.  In particular, we have had a few complications with the cancellation and Act of God wording (thank you, Hurricane Matthew!), as well as past and future construction at the Museum.

    Would you be willing to share your standard venue rental contracts and/or your wording on cancellation, Act of God, or possible construction?  We would be happy to share as well.
