This is a question for those of you at museums with part-time hourly employees who are not always able to work their allotted number of hours from home, largely because most of their duties revolve directly around the museum site/visitors. Has a proposal been made to such employees that their weekly hours worked can be supplemented by drawing upon their banked sick leave? For example, if Joe is scheduled for 15 hours but has "homework" for only 10, can he agree to use 5 hours of sick leave to close the gap? Just curious if this is a common (if temporary) fix.
