As a small/medium regional history museum, we are exploring what it would entail to participate in the
Employer Participation in Repayment Act. I'm reaching out to the museum hive mind to see if others have opted to participate, and if so, what their experience has been. As I gather, employers match student loan repayments (up to a limit) and benefit from the funds being tax free. Thank you for your input.
