Hi Lauren,
I do not have budget templates to share, but when you do your budget, assuming your museum has a retail store and maybe a cafe/visitor dining, recommend you be sure there are some marketing dollars/plan(s) included in your budget for these two often overlooked areas. Special Exhibtions usually mean increased attendance and increased attendance from visitors and members should mean more sales (and profit) dollars for the Museum in these areas.
