We currently use SmartSheet for maintenance requests from staff- we created a form for web submissions and track progress on what comes in. It is used for things like banner hanging requests, special event setups that require things like hoses or small things that need to be built, and reports of broken things on the floor that we don't always spot.
We are also easing into FMX for a whole facility system, but it is always challenging to figure out the right way to configure these types of systems for exhibits, as there are pre-set categories, like buildings, equipment, resources, etc. that are geared more towards straightforward building maintenance.

Subject: Facilities Management and/or Exhibit Maintenance Software
Hello all,
We're looking for input and feedback on the facilities management/exhibit maintenance software firms being used by museums. We're considering upgrading to a paid system and would like to see/learn more about what others are using.
Thanks,
Audra
