We use Small Improvements (
https://www.small-improvements.com/). I have used them for years and people (supervisors and staff) tend to really like the platform. In addition to Performance Reviews (Feedback), it does Objectives, 360s, 1:1 Meeting tracking, etc. It is a simple platform and easy to navigate. You can get a free trial subscription and they offer a 50% discount for non-profit.
