Conserving Life-size Wax Figures

    Greetings,

I work for a company that owns a wax figure museum, which means they are always going to be up against conservation issues, especially in the summer. We are currently conducting a conditions assesment of each wax figure (more than 100), that are each fitted with historic costumes. The collection is very large and very old, and I'm apprehensive about the current conservation measures being taken. From the wax "skin", medical-grade glass eyeballs and human hair - would anyone know the best resources and or procedures for conserving these types of objects? Thus far, sources from other wax museums and archives say what we know now, to regulate the relative humidity, use LED lighting, restrict visitor touching, etc.  Any other information would be most helpful.
    Regards!
