If you can't bring people together in person right now, perhaps it's time to hit pause and listen!

But it can be hard to know where to start.

That is why we've put together a Community Engagement Listening Tour, starting next week. While it is connected to the Science Events Summit, all are invited, and likely to find this of interest. Please consider joining in (in listen only mode, of course!):

    May 26 – 29, 1:00 – 2:15 EST
    Community Engagement Listening Tour
Listening should be the basis of our work, but it seems harder to do than ever right now. We have arranged an unprecedented (and therefore experimental) opportunity for you to listen to voices you may not be hearing right now. Listen to conversations with students, parents/guardians, and teachers about how communities are faring on the other side of the digital divide, and start considering how you might put together your own listening tour.

Produced in collaboration with the Teaching Institute for Excellence in STEM (TIES).
Conversations led by Daniel Aguirre, Community Organizer, Science Festival Accelerator Advisor Board Chair, and STEM Consultant with TIES

Thank you Sir Ben for hosting the Community Engagement Tour with students, teachers and parents.
This a great opportunity to connect with the community by listening. I work with young adults all day everyday to assist me with growth and development within today's marketplace.
