Having worked in the public schools, I am familiar with classes intended to implement new ideas as how to present material. I would suggest having mandatory group sessions where the presenter demonstrates the new techniques and explains why they are to be utilized. Allowing time for practice among the participants would also make future implementation of the new methods easier. Perhaps on going training should be part of the docent program.
