Does anyone have a Social Media policy in place for their museum that they would like to share?

What I am looking for is, the who, what, where and why should a museum use social media? if they do, what are the guidelines?

For example, should a museum use social media for research in order to find the history of an object?  If, so what are the guidelines?

    thank you for your input.
