Hi all,
I am the Education Coordinator at the Hunter Museum of American Art in Chattanooga, TN. We currently use Volgistics as our Docent website. This allows me to post available tour dates/times, and the docent can in turn see the available tours and sign themselves up for the tours they want to give. The site is useful on a basic level but we are looking into using a new site for our docents.
Does anyone have suggestions or recommendations on websites that would allow docents to sign up for tours and allow me to communicate important information with them?
